Frederick Wiseman’s film “Monrovia, Indiana” is about the day-to-day experiences living and working in the town, with emphasis on community organizations and institutions, religion and daily life in this farming community. Frederick Wiseman is an American filmmaker, documentarian, and theatre director. His work is "devoted primarily to exploring American institutions". He has been called "one of the most important and original filmmakers working today."
