Leonard Lehrman is the protégé of Elie Siegmeister, who called him his “Continuator.” His 232 compositions have been heard on six continents. His other teachers included Nadia Boulanger, Olga Heifetz, Earl Kim, Jean-Jacques Painchaud, Lukas Foss and Robert Palmer.
